Tonight is our regularly scheduled assembly meeting which will be held at the Richmond Hts Kiwanis Lodge. The meeting will start at 8:00 PM. All of our new Sir Knight are more than welcome to join us.

I hope you had a blessed Easter! The 4th Degree Exemplification is less than a week away, and I wanted to give you some details regarding the weekend.

If you plan on attending the Hospitality Rooms, please consider bringing a bottle of wine or liquor and/or some cookies or pastries for our hospitality room (I hear that some of the ladies make exceptional cookies, but Giant Eagle does a pretty good job as well).

The Hospitality Rooms, Exemplification, Ladies Brunch, and Banquet will all take place at the Beachwood Hilton (3663 Park East Drive, Beachwood, OH 44122).

The Mass will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Parish (6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040).

Here is the agenda:
Friday night, April 13th
4pm-5:30pm & 8pm-9:30pm – Candidate Registration in hotel lobby
You MUST have your signed 3rd Degree travelling card (membership card)
7pm – 11pm (or later?) – Hospitality Rooms open at the Hotel
Show up, look for all the Knights (you’ll see them!), and have a good time
Look for the Archbishop Hallinan Assembly (that’s us!)
Saturday, April 14th
8am-9am – Candidate Registration in hotel lobby
You MUST have your signed 3rd Degree travelling card (membership card)
9:10am – Candidates must be in the holding chamber
Please do not be late for this. Aim for 9am if possible!
You will need your 3rd Degree travelling card
9:30am – Sir Knights in Full Regalia assemble
You will need your 3rd and 4th Degree travelling cards
10am – Exemplification begins!
10:30am – Ladies Brunch in Hilton Ballroom
Around 12:00pm – Exemplification Ends
The class picture is taken immediately following the Exemplification
Our hospitality room will be open for lunch (you will be hungry!)
4:00pm (SHARP!) – Sir Knights and New Sir Knights (with their ladies!) assemble at St. Francis of Assisi Parish
4:30pm – Exemplification Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Parish
Family members are welcome to attend this Mass. It is their usual 4:30pm Mass.
6:55pm – Sir Knights, New Sir Knights, and their Ladies are to be seated for the banquet
7:15pm – Banquet begins
Ladies are requested to wear formal or semi-formal attire
